@lordaussie654 what do you do to fix it

@runenqiu i tried #2 & rendvi spawned where she is meant to but when i went back and got the luggage she was gone back to the table, there is no other active missions and i can't progress past this for like 2 days now, i love it

@ubi-spud Have this same issue can't progress & resetting to a save before valka arrives is probably about 10+ hours of game time is there any other fixes?

hi, I can not complete "a wise friend" because randvi does not appear and we remain in the point where I should meet her, how can I solve.

Having the same problem like you and a lot of others! Now we can't do anything else in camp and I have been collecting gear and much more after the bug.

I have been playing AC Valhalla and I'm having bug problems with the Quest: A Wise Friend. When I help Valka with her stuff walking up the hill she stops and nothing else happens anymore. I've already verified the game data 2 times now and still nothing. I can't click on any of the NPC characters like the blacksmith in my town, so now I can't even upgrade my gear but even worse, I can't continue my main storyline and accept other quests except for the holiday quests. PLEASE tell me what to do! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! Thank you!

Have the same problem and have no saves :c The story line can't be proceeded. I don't know why this bug still exists since it was discovered at very initial release.

Submitted a case to Ubisoft support. Waiting for their reply.

The answer from ksa4ever70 on reddit worked for me and should work for the most people. I copied it here: Written from ksa4ever70 on the
18th of december on reddit:
"OK I found a final solution to valka stopping at the top of the hill. This took me 3 hours of searching and trying.
You should travel to Norway and back to England for the woman (forgot her name, sigurds wife)(NOTE. randvi) to appear on top of the hill, then you have to push the woman down the hill using your horse (as if you go away from her she will start walking to the longhouse), after you push her a couple of meters down the hill, you need to go pick up valkas crate and run ASAP to the blacksmith to stop the woman from moving. After you escort valka to the hill she will talk with the woman and you can finish this cursed quest."

Randvi has to be in range, that valka can speak to her, but you have so see her when carrying valkas stuff, so she doenst start moving. When the dialog between randvi and valka started everything should work from there.

sameee....i played almost 15 hours now...you want me start a game that cruel..fix this damm bug...why randvi not there

I'm 13 hours into the game and completed both alliances quest and reached a settlement level Hamlet. I have tried uppgrading her lodge and Validate Game Integrity but nothing has worked. I can now no longer progress the game. Anyone knows any solution to this bug?

I literally tried every single way to make the "a wise friend" mission work, and still nothing. Valka stops when Randvi don't show up.
Many ppl said the same problem so I have no idea what to do.
