    @loveleefranke start the mission call your mountand run all the way app you re foing to see randvi move her with your horse down and then continue with valka,if you dont understand see it YouTube.

    Hey rboyle75! I am sorry for the delay! Are you also playing on PC? Additionally, would you be able to provide a video from your gameplay showing that Valka has stopped? For a video just post it to YouTube as unlisted and then send me the link here.

    I am using an Xbox One and all these suggestions have not worked for me. How was this glitch not addressed in the lastest update? This is getting beyond frustrating. I have never had an issue with a previous AC game. I am over 40hrs into this game, I really don't want to restart from scratch just because of one glitched quest.

    Potential fix is to fast travel at the camp and Randvi will be standing outside proceed with a wise friend mission and should get past the bug

    @adilgangster I have tried this but Randvi has never left the longhouse for me, at this point, aside from the quest where you take her across the river and tells you about her feelings.

    Apologies for the delayed update. Following the end of the Yule Festival, this issue has been marked as resolved by the development team. If you are still encountering this issue following the end of the Yule Festival, please can you share a video that shows this happening in-game? Can you also let us know which platform you use (PC/PS/Xbox)? Thank you 😊

    @NightmareFox93 - I'm sorry to hear that this issue still persists for you. Would you be able to send us a video that shows you're still unable to interact with Randvi as part of "A Wise Friend" quest? We can then pass this on to the development team for further investigation. Thanks!

    Thank you for taking the time to share you report with us. I'm sorry to hear that Randvi still does not come out to greet Valka. Thank you for including a video of this.

    Hello all!

    I apologise for the double post, but I would like to reach out to you all with an update following the announcement of TU 1.2.0. The development team plan to permanently resolve this issue following the release of this update.

    This update is due to be deployed 16 March, 2021 at 1PM CET/8AM EDT. You can read the patch notes and learn more here.
     
    If you are still unable to meet with Randvi following the deployment of TU 1.2.0, please can you provide us with a video that shows the following:

    • You have TU 1.2.0 installed. You can check this in the title menu in the bottom right-hand corner.
    • Randvi doesn't meet up with Eivor and Valka during "A Wise Friend."
