Broken NPCs

has anyone else had issues with quest NPCs etc. Half the time i cant even speak to them to start the quest, and the other half of the time they freeze up when we get to a location and im stuck with them just standing there. I'm currently stuck with the "prey in high hall" quest.

and its not the first time its happened. I had an issue in my settlement where i couldnt talk to anyone (tattoo shop, smith, Randvi, no one). It randomly fixed itself when i went away and did some missions elsewhere.
also this is just a side issue. But what the hell is the deal with having to carry all the gear you carry. I have axes and shields etc in my inventory i dont want at all. how on earth do you sell or dismantle them? is there a storage box somewhere i can dump all the gear i dont use? -
@captain-vigo I have the same problem with mission Unwelcome it stays in loading for 1 minute and when its loaded i can't move or do any action

I just ran into pathing issue with this quest, the NPC priestess get stuck outside the the church with a dead solder on a spear.. just keeps running on it telling me to hurry up

All of my quest based NPCs are broken now... I cannot talk to any, no matter what I try to do.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old.
