way of the berserker

I have received a code for the way of the berserker on ps4 but when I used the code and started the game I did not receive the bonus.
Anybody else had this problem or has a fix for this? -
I have the same problem, i redeemed my code, but never got the confirmation email with the ps4 code.

Not sure if this will be of any help to you all. I bought the game through Ubisoft connect, former Uplay. After you reach England and start rebuilding your settlement you will gain access to a mailbox. The first time you check the mailbox there should be a letter from Norvid, which will tell you about the Berserker and will start the quest.

I have the same situation on PS5. Got to England after receiving mount and cosmetic items earlier when Siegerd returns. I have the letter to start the Beowulf quest but not the way of the berserker after 2 restarts to double check.
