Pre-ordered the game, failed to purchase & not receive the game. but already charge me.

Hi, I pre-ordered Valhalla for PC on 9 on November 2020 just before the release. I paid and get charged for the game, however it showed me the message that " failed to purchase the game" and not received the game yet.
I submitted the case for this. Hopefully someone can solve this problem- Case number : 13117569

Same thing for me raizenator11. Preordered on the 9 nov. And it didnt appeared in my library. BUT. Just got home from work and it had appeared , so downloading now.
However i didnt get your kind of message "failed to purchase". So that is probably alot different.
