Berserker Gear Ultimate Pack

I have progressed past the point where you should get this gear pack; the Family matters quest, according to everything i have seen online. I am about 6 hours into the game so far and still do not have any of the items from the Ultimate edition that i purchased. Why is that? How do i get the items?

The Server aren't responing from time to time... As soon as your Game is connected to the Online Services your stuff should "popup"
(You will be able to see Screenshots from other Players on your Map for example, when you have a connection) -
I have the same issue. I'm connected and everything, but no ultimate pack yet. Season Pass content also isn't available.
Currently have a case going with support so if I get answers I'll let you know lmao -
@brrogann Try reinstalling Ubisoft Connect on a different drive in a new folder. A probably faulty update when they switched from Uplay to Connect was what prevented the DLC from appearing for me. Had a shop error 0x70001210 across Origins and Odyssey too which brought me to the idea of reinstalling Connect. Worth a try at least.
