Huge frame rate drops and poor textures on PS4

Is anyone else experiencing a massive frame rate drop in AC Valhalla (settlements, cities and cutscenes) on PS4 Fat/Slim? I want to know if any future patch are scheduled to fix it. Even the aurora borealis texture is bizarre on the console. It looks like a bunch of green pixel in the sky.

@gui_heinen Same problem here, friend! On base ps4 is almost unplayable! I'm thinking about asking a refund.
