Moved Solved Can we get an option to toggle the cloak/hood all the time?

In a future update, maybe just a 3rd toggle for the hood. Just for cosmetic reasons, you'd still have to equip the cloak to disguise. Or just fix it in general since it automatically un equips all the time (even during stealth).
Also cosmetic armor swapping like from Odyssey. -

With regard to your second request - transmog was introduced into the game in title update 1.2.0! You can read more about it in the patch notes here.
