Locked Solved Can't connect to Ubisoft Account

The game gave me an error saying it can't connect to my Ubisoft Account and when I tried to save it got stuck loading and does not respond anymore. I'm afraid to close the game because I have already played for a few hours and don't want to lose my progress...

I am very sorry to hear that you were struggling to save and load your game in Assassin's Creed Valhalla previously due to an error with connecting to your Ubisoft Account. I've had a quick look at your account on our end now, and am happy to see that you appear to have been able to play and save your game consistently since - hopefully without any additional errors!
If you encounter any corrupted save games or further error messages in the future, please don't hesitate to open a new thread for us to investigate further with you.
