    Hi.

When I press E to move an object in order to reach something behind it, i can move the object. However, I can't press E or any other key besides WASD. So, I cant deselect the object, the game is stuck.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Hey @daveroelofsen! I sincerely apologise that your thread was missed, and not acknowledged until now. Thank you for taking the time to post about the issues you were experiencing with interacting with moveable objects in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

I hope that the helpful advice kindly shared by @Trode-_ helped you to resolve the issues you were having, as their advice was spot on! Holding the "C" key should allow PC players to deselect / let go of an object that you have begun to move by interacting with it using "E", as this is the default binding. If you find that this is not the case, please do check that you have not accidentally rebound this interaction to another key in your settings.

We're happy to help investigate any continuing issues you may have with any objects, so please do open another thread if needing any additional assistance in the future. I'll be locking this one now, as it is quite old and may no longer be relevant, but should the issues described here still be relevant to anyone, please let us know in a new thread. Thanks! 🙂
