Constantly not being able to open dialogue or interaction

I am constantly having to save my game, close the software and restart it every single time I try and have a dialogue with someone. It shows me the dialogue option but I can't do anything about it. There's no option to press Y or anything. I've had to do this so many times. Please fix this bug. It's a bad one. Currently playing on Xbox one.

@zeldafan4life Hey there, I'm sorry to hear this. Are you seeing the little speech bubble on top of their heads? I know sometimes you need to stand in front of them to trigger the button prompt. If this is happening consistently could you please send us a video?

i got the issue also on pc , but saving doenst work for or restarting at all to hear the dialogue
