Still haven’t received way of the berserker content

I’ve made it to England and built the stable and have made it way past the family matters quest. The way of the berserker is installed for me yet I still don’t have any of the content -
Hey there! We are currently investigating this and your patience is really appreciated, A workaround some users have found, is to disconnect your console from the internet while in-game. When it reconnects, the content is appearing. I appreciate that this is not a fix, but it's something to try in the meantime!

@ubi-spud I have the same problem on PC, and I am well into the game (about 60%). I purchased the Ultimate pack, but I could not redeem the additional content because I had the following error code when trying to connect to Ubisoft Connect in game: 0x70001201 Online Service Error. After trying for many days, a friend of mine eventually logged in on my account and downloaded the game and redeemed the content for me, it worked from his location and did not receive the error.
Now I have the armor, wolf, longship and settlement cosmetics, however, the questline "The way of the Berserker" I still cannot access! I read that I was supposed to receive it during the "family matters" questline (which I finished many days ago - and did not receive that quest - assuming due to the error I was having?), then I read I am supposed to receive a letter in the settlement in England, but I have not received this either. I seriously hope I do not have to start the game from the beginning again and replay 80hours just to access this questline from the "family matters" quest? Please tell me there is a different way to solve this!! -

@dendeev1976 New DLC (Druid thingie) isn't out till the 13th, so it shouldn't be working for anyone.
