Locked Ps4 cant leave Norway

Hi,
im having an issue with the ps4 version of the game. As the title shows i am unable to leave Norway, i finished the mini tutorial and when i go back to the animus im just stuck at the loading screen. I have tried turning the console on and off, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no avail. Any help in this matter would be most appreciated.
