    @d3stroyer1996 I can't edit the old post so I just write a new one. Just want to let you know that i may have won and finally got the issue resolved in one hour. I wish you all good luck and hope you'll get your own happy ending (although I'm just downloading and i might find another issue)

    @xxgrimerxx I was able to get through to some one on the Live Chat Customer Service, it took all day, but eventually I got to speak to someone. Nothing overly positive to report yet, at first I was told I never purchased the game, except I have the evidence to support that I in fact did buy the game. I was then told I needed to wait 48 hours, to which I explained I had been waiting for over two days now. I was asked to get back in touch tomorrow if it still had not appeared, however, I was not happy with this. I explained that I have had zero contact for days and would rather this was sorted now. The CS explained that it is a bank holiday in Europe and this could possibly have an effect, not sure how myself, but I agreed it could be possible. I was told the CS agent would respond to me by email tomorrow morning to check if the game had appeared. As of now, there is still no game in my library. I will update tomorrow.

    @pmacleod I have contacted the support on this site and on facebook. I think that on Facebook they responded faster so you may try that. Otherwise I've just waited for a response which came today and I had to send them picture of the order and transaction. Then i got an email confirming the order and that was it.

    @d3stroyer1996 I think you got mega lucky. I messaged on Face Book two days ago. They have not even read the message. Happy it is sorted for you though!

    @pmacleod I think you're right. Well I know how frustrating it is and I just hope that everyone gets the issue resolved soon. I just remembered that another thing I did was reinstalling the Ubisoft Connect client but I don't believe that solved it. Stay strong and once again good luck 😉

    @PMacleod Don't know what they are going on about. The only "holy day" on the 11 November is the French Armistice of 1918. And its not a universally Europe closes all it's banks, and no one goes to work day. It's only "celebrated" in France. So having a full on issue whit delivering products and not answering customers and not seeing that people have paid seams to me to be a convenient lie.

    Anyway i hope your issue at least gets resolved. I have a nasty feeling that my issues whit Ubi is only beginning once i finally get in touch whit them.

    @xiii_arblade I got denied and received a Email that i tried to commit Fraud whit my own Credit card when trying to purchase the game. and got charged 5 times. total of 2995 Sek or about 350us$ According to googles exchange rates.

    Hope you at least get your issue solved.

    @xxgrimerxx Wow, I feel sorry for you. Hope you'll be able to fix this and Ubisoft compensate you, because that's huge BS from them

    After managing to speak to a Customer Service agent last night, my case is now labelled as 'Escalated'. I have been promised that they will contact me again this morning, 60+ hours and the game is still no where to be found.

    @pmacleod , how did you get in touch with an agent? I can't find a phone number for support. I have a support case open, have tried this forum, but don't have a facebook or twitter account.

    @urtubesrclogged After over three days of waiting, I finally had ‘my’ issue resolved… Ubisoft Customer Service returned the money to my bank account only an hour ago. My pre-order price was not honored, and I got the impression that the CS agent could not care less if he tried. Ubisoft clearly do not value the time or effort of paying customers and that is fine. Just like EA and Battlefront 2, I am out. They expect me to pay the inflated £30 price because they implemented a system that could not process pre-orders correctly. I am honestly stunned at the company’s response to this, it is a complete and utter failure to which they accept no responsibility.
    For those still waiting to have their cases reviewed- as I know there are many- you need to get some one on the live chat and talk with them to have the money returned. If you do not chase this up, you can expect to wait even longer for your money to be returned.
