Just filed my case, 13188279. But I bought my game back in July, but never show in the Games Library. Please check!

Bought the game 2 days ago on the epic store
Today I couldn't launch it past the play connect login
It keeps asking me for a key
And it won't show up in play connect
Epic said the error is on ubisoft so im asking for assistance
already submitted tickets and now waiting 40HOURS this is unacceptable i expect some kind of compensation for wasting my time that i took off work for release of this game!
