

@xxgrimerxx This is grim, they should be moving a lot faster to solve these problems. My wife almost tried to order a second copy of the game before I stopped her, otherwise we would be in a similar situation. I have been waiting for just gone two days, absolutely zero contact from customer service. At this point I am expecting the pre-order price to be honored and to get some adequate compensation, otherwise I will just go the refund route and be done with them.

Honestly I just want the game and the other unnecessary withdraws of money back. I don't need any compensation, though I wouldn't turn it away after this experience.
But I feel like I wont ever be purchasing any game from Ubisoft again. They have proven to be to [censored] unreliable for that. Heck even Bethesda did a better job whit the s**t storm of Fallout 76 when it came to customer support.

@xxgrimerxx Interestingly, I would still rate Fallout 76 worse than this disaster. Never forget, never forgive Bethesda for that one. Elder Scrolls VI is not even a must buy for me because of F76.
@arnos78 , did you get an email confirmation before uplay connect found it? I read (possibly incorrectly) that there should be a purchase confirmation email and was wondering if they simply have not processed the purchases and actually added it to our libraries regardless of the payment transaction....

Thanks... guess that's not related afterall. I've restarted the client a dozen times, rebooted, cleared the cache... doesn't matter.
Reading the tweet below, it looks like they're asking players to give it 24 hours and THEN contact support. Not sure if the ghosting on support cases is related, but if the game hasn't appeared by this evening at the 24 hour mark, I guess I'll update my case & hope it gets noticed? What a mess...
@urtubesrclogged I don't think that will work.
I updated/commented on my case several times, as i noticed things. like my account being set to "lives in USA" when i live in Sweden. and that i got charged 4 times and my sister 1 time as we tried her card encase that was the issue.
I have tried to reach support here on the forum and on their official Facebook page. Nothing than silence. Hec i even told them that if s**t doesn't start spinning soon due the high amount of money now drawn from my bank account, that I'll call the police and report them for theft. Even my mother is furious about that and are pushing me to call the cops now. But I'll give them until Friday to respond, if i don't hear from them by then, so might i just do that. Don't really know what that will lead to, but hopefully more than being completely ignored by support.
@UbiKoality I actually bought the game from the Epic store a couple of hours after the official release. When I try to open the game from my library (in Epic launcher) it opens Ubisoft Connect and asks for the Activation Code. I haven't received any email containing it. I've opened a case in Ubi Support (case #13211543). Thanks for looknig into it!
Is anyone else having the same issue? Not sure if I should contact Epic support as well.
