

Hey, did anybody get an email confirmation by the way ? I paid as well and can't find my game but I also didn't get that email.
Honestly, I don't get how hard it is to just send the game.
How can it be that hard for them to do that in more than 12 hours ???

It's been over 37 hours since I ordered the game and it still isn't in my library but the payment has been taken from my account. I've had no response from the support team through the website or twitter.
This is a bad joke, 20hrs here and the game still isn't in my library, the payment has been taken. First game that i bought on uplay and the last.
It’s crazy, people who preordered can’t play, those who got it on PS4 can’t play due to their negligence on a game breaking bug. They need to get their act together on this game.
Purchase denied and received email from Ubisoft claiming i tried to commit Fraud when trying to pay for the game whit my own credit card. Tried several times and kept getting the same message, so i asked my sister to tried whit her card in case it was just my card being the issue, never had issues previously when purchasing games from Ubisoft. Turns out that even tho Ubisoft "denied" the purchase they still charged me and my sister fully for the game. So now 5 so called "blocked" attempts and a total of 2995 Swedish crowns is gone (that's about 350us$ according to google), and I am being completely stone walled by Ubi support. not a single !"#¤%& word of what's going on for 3 days. And the less i hear from ubi support the more seriously i'm considering contacting the Swedish police department to report Ubisoft for theft. I have posted proof in the support ticket that the money have been drawn by Ubisoft and that the money have left my bank account, whit the addition of my ID as proof that I am who I claim to be.
I have offered to do what ever i can do to help resolve the issue, not a word.

I have contacted Ubisoft trough Facebook, only got asked about ticket number and then complete silence, even when repeatably asking for any updates on what's happening. a simple "we are looking in to it" Or "we are currently dealing whit allot, and it might take some time to give you a response" would had sufficed then, but still absolute silence.
I've been waiting for the game for more than 72 hours and nothing about the game in my library.

this is so terrible still cant launch the game and still no results to fix it this is insane for a launch
