Im still not sure, so ... PC with:
Intel Core i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50 GHz
16GB RAM
nvidia geforce gtx 1050 ti
Cant run the game?

I hope that since your question was posted, both your own research and the very helpful answer from @TheZonk88 has helped you to determine whether your system is capable of running Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Having compared your specs against the minimum system requirements, it does look like your system should be able to at least run the game, though not to the recommended standard for an optimal experience.
As @TheZonk88 mentioned, we don't officially support laptops / mobile set-ups in terms of the minimum requirements, so if you do encounter any issues, we're unfortunately not able to troubleshoot much further than our basic steps here. If you use a streaming or cloud gaming service such as Google Stadia, Amazon Luna or GeForce Now, you may be able to play the game with better performance.
If you still require any additional assistance at this time, please don't hesitate to open up a new thread; we'll be happy to assist you further. I'll be locking this one now, but wanted to reply first and apologise for the lack of acknowledgement previously. Thanks!

You don't have a PC , its a Laptop/Notebook
The Game could run with everything at the lowest setting, but keep in mind that "Laptops/Notebooks" aren't official supported.
if i were you, i would wait until late December for some "performance" tweeks and/or some "low end hardware" reviews.
Also keep in mind, that you're able to play it via Stadia or some other CloudGaming Services (as long as they support/offer AC:Valhalla) -
