My game will not launch.

i have read all the system reqs, updated drivers and windows pre loaded the game everything. i cant even boot into the game it just spins the loading symbol. is there any fix for this? i have it installed on my hdd, usually this is no problem. i bought it on ubi but if i literally cant open the game should i just refund and buy on epic games?

@gurthy Hello gurthy! I'm very sorry to hear about this launching error you're encountering. If possible, please try installing both the Ubisoft Connect launcher and the game on the same hard drive to see if that resolves this issue for you. Let me know how that goes!
