Im in the game, but I have a blackscreen and there is bunch of NPC's talking

I press new game, get a little cutscene, and after the cutscene ends I am at a blackscreen and there is NPCs talking.

Yeah same for me. I updated NVIDIA drivers, verified the files, then uninstalled and then re-installed and still the same

@creeperhalo446 Just let the cut-scene start, go to options..put graphics on ultra..game will restart..cut-scene plays though and didn't glitch/hang. was able to continue with game.
