Beserker Pack not in game? (PC)

Hi,
I preordered the Ultimate edition, but I haven't been able to activate the beserker pack which bascially means the costume and stuff that comes along with it? I also had a similar problem with watch dogs and I didn't even get my gold car
Please let me know what I can do! -

What mission? If it's family matters, we'll people still don't get the berserker gear pack... Me neither..

@soldier_jms I’m having the same issue plus I bought something from the heliux store it’s in the game now but does not show up in owed items on the heliux store

@niblett731 many people have problems with the getting the packs from ultimate edition. Hopefully they will fix it soon, because now I can not go further with missions too. Otherwise i maybe have to start over everything again when it's fixed..
@samurai587 I found out that there is a way to get it, it doesn't matter in what mission you are right now. Just restart the game, go in to your loaded game and then cut of the internet of remove the Lan cable for 10 sec and put it back in or start up internet again. Then it will be added right away -
