UBISOFT STORE CRASHING

Hi,
I've had issues trying to preorder ac valhalla on the ubi store as when i first went to process the order and used the discount code i was given i clicked confirm and pay but it then sent me to a blank page and crashed. when i went to check my orders there was no order processed and no confirmation email so i tried to order again however now it is saying the discount code is invalid and can no longer be used. has anybody else had this issue?
