Impossible to get the berserker gear and stuff

Hello, I got the game a bit early on ps4 and at first I had trouble with the redeem code on the PS store because it was before the official release date.. But now everything is installed and it's impossible to get the Berserker gear and mount or any additional content at all .. I started a new game despite the fact that I had advanced in the storyline ,because it was said online that the gear was unlocked with the quest Family matter, but even now after multiple reload and even downloading everything again it's still not working .. How can this be resolved please ?

Since you completed the "Family Matters" mission, have you talked to Gunnar in Fornburg? After doing so, you should be able to find this content in different areas of your settlement in England. @ubikoality thanks a lot for you answer ! I got everything except for the quest "The way of the berserker" , I have the mount and gear and settlement and boat stuff too , all I miss now is that quest .

@ubikoality well, if it's a different code than the season pass and the ultimate pack then I never had it from the beginning ... I only had two codes with the game when I received it. I have checked in the mail box in Eivor's room but I really didn't received it in game.
