I cant seem to find my pre-order bonuses anywhere i ordered the ultimate edition of valhalla on xbox one and dont know If im just not seeing where to go for them or what and found no help online so far

Somebody knew why I'm after quest which we need to do for unlock special items from Ultimate Edition.
I'm was do everything. I connect Ubi account with PSN, also I log in the game with same both accounts, and still I don't have items and anything more from my Ultimate Version, and I know what at PS4 Pro, my System also download additional content with 5 downloadable bonus from Ultimate Edition.
Also I was saw LOCK SIGN in PS4 Pro system menu with my all content in Console (HDD Stuff menu) around mini icons of this additional content Valhalla

It's mean what this additional content will Unlock toghter with release date of Game ?
I mean for me today at 12.01 CET??

Im on standard ps4 and I bought the ultimate edition and my berserker pack is not available. Nor the Wolf ride or cosmetics for this pack

It's mean Installed additionall contents.
And I see what I redeem code and activate very good without anyone problems.
But still I don't have it.
I think maybe it's reason of release date, but today when PSN allow Digital Version for play i think will unlock, but not...
Still I don't have anything:/

I have the exact same problem, everything is installed but it’s not loading up on anything

@paulito89p how You think maybe it's PS4 problem ? Maybe PS5 don't have this issue ? Ehhh.... This big bug it's denny me for play...
Because I want upgrade mine Berserker Set, and don't lose materials for normal items :/. Why I must spend 2x more times for find resources if it's not my fault ??? I paid for it like You, and we should have it now, not after 1 week *.*..

@morjo_987 Guys i resolve problem without Ubisoft help...

Just turn on GAME after install evrything like me.
When You are in game world just turn off Your Router for 1min, and turn On.
After connect again, evrything You will get.
I was do this now and i have everything from Ultimate Edition.

It's stupid but working....
I think problem exist on release day on PS4.
System block it Everytime, and just after reset connect with servers when Was be On-line it's recheck Your additional content.

Reason ?
Log Out and Log In not help, You must lose authority key in Ubi Server's which whole time it's same...
Why it's not change automatically when we are [censored] down game ? I don't care.
Just reconnect internet when You are in game :).

For be sure, You must enter to Animus Shop and see what You have problem with internet

i'm in england now and still haven't gotten the armor and the wolf is there a way to fix this?

I preordered the ultimate edition. However when I began playing I never recieved my bonus items. Can someone help I played to the part in england one I've crowned the new king but I want my wolf and stuff.
