ULTRA 4K 80 fps RTX 2080 Super, I9, NVmie 4.0 SSD

With latest Nvidia drivers. Drivers set to quality and not limited the game performs very well with the final release. i adverage in main are 80 fps, drosp to 70's in firther view. but over all maxed out in 4k it is flawless.
I do not have any over heads on my gaming PC and it is highly optimized -
@diiorio noticed it was in borderless.
at full screen.. full scale 4k it adverages 45-50fps now., Drop scale to 90 percent in 4k 50 to 56 drop scale to 50 percent 80 to 89 fps. all the rest Ultra settings default.
sudden cahnges drop frame and require a restart of game. includign from borderless to full screen, scaling at bottom of menu.
vsync changes can also from vsync on to lock it or to adaptive -
Hey diiorio! I sincerely apologise that your thread did not receive a response until now. Reading your two posts, I'd like to clarify a couple of things.
Firstly, was there / is there an issue with the game's performance on your PC that you'd like us to address with you? Or is this thread meant to discuss the performance of the game only? Secondly, regarding the FPS drops / changes in performance between the Windowed Borderless and Fullscreen modes, have you already experimented with adjusting the graphics settings to see if these help? Or were you testing all settings at maximum to judge the state of the performance on your system at that level?
