[BUG] Unable to complete Mystery in Norway

So I've completed this Mystery in Norway, then I left the game. After I came back the icon reappeared on the map for some reason but the NPC was nowhere to be found. I tried to meditate, reboot game and fast travel but none of them fixed my problem. Are there any solutions?

The development team has been made aware of this issue and they are currently investigating it further. We'd like to collect some more information from you, if possible.- Can you give more details on how you tried to complete the event?
- Did you do anything specific when completing the event?
- Did you interact with the NCP during the throwing of the boxes?

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
