Locked Pre-loaded, Cannot play the game?!

I bought the game from Ubisoft Store 7 months ago. I pre-loaded it 2 days ago but there is no ''play'' button. It released in my region also my friend is playing the game now. Is there any solution?

@eivorlodbrok Thanks for telling me this because I have been attempting to do that and yet somehow that doesn't even get started. I feel so stupid for thinking a reinstall is going to make much difference. I've always used steam for these games and I prefer it the ubisoft connect client feels inconsistent and its clapped. It is telling me the game hasn't been released when I saw my own mate in the same country play it at 2am this morning

@harryisaacs I don't know how to feel about it. I am not the only one who has this problem but THIS GAME IS NOT OPENING. Successful companies as Ubisoft need to fix these annoying and basic issues.

@eivorlodbrok They're talking about content issues but I don't even know if that's including the people who can't get the game to open. It is just sad
