It says locked and that its available 11/10/2020 but I CAN"T open it or do anything at its 3 am already how much more of 11/20 is it???

@ocker521 you'll have to wait until later today depending on your time zone. Epic games has a delayed start.

@mlg_god22 When did you order? If it was recent you'll have to give them time to process the order which can take up to 24 hours due to the current volume of purchases.

@djmtr might have figured it out. If you bought it from the store but have your account linked to epic games, it basically was purchased through epic games

@mlg_god22 Shouldn't Matter that epic games is connected to Ubisoft. If you purchases it through Ubisoft you while get the 12:01 Release time. If its Epic Games that you purchased through, then you get a delayed start. If you bought it recently from Ubisoft and you don't have access contact customer support.

UPDATE: I refunded it through epic game stores ( Getting really tired of their timed exclusives and this bullXXXX) and bought it straight through ubisoft and it says playable and yes I still go the preorder bonus apparently, I didn't get my money, it takes a couple days to clear the bank but better than dealing with epics game stores thing everytime, Good luck to all!
