no ingame dialogue sound

hi,
i have all the sounds but as soon as one of those in game dialogues (the ones you can skip) appear i don't hear anything anymore.
i have the game and ubisoft connect in English i tried to verify the game cash but still not working.
any tips? -
I just check everything to fix it... and nope.
I know that audio is connected to subtitles but why both are gone? -
