Locked Pre-Purchased game, downloaded and installed, shows up in Library but game won't launch

Purchased the game via ubistore downloaded on Epic Games Launcher with a steady n fast connection, checked file integrity, won't even launch. Shows up in the library as unavailable.

It's not playable from the Epic Games store for a few more hours.
According to the times I found it launches there at:
Nov 11, 3AM AEDT
Nov 10, 4PM UTC / 5PM CET
Nov 10, 8AM PST / 11AM EST -
You have to verify the download, right click the three dots and click verify on epic games launcher.

@ubi-baron the launch link info says it should be available to launch almost 3hrs 45 min ago for the west coast.
what's the deal? -
@ubi-baron According to that chart, for PST-timezone residents, the game should've unlocked via Ubisoft Connect at 9PM. And, many users to appear to be playing.. Unfortunately, I am not one of them. My game is still locked. A few others have posted similar things about the game still being locked on Ubisoft Connect.
I live in California, and it is currently Nov. 10th 12:45AM PST. According to that chart, the game is playable at Nov. 9th, 9PM PST. Mine is still locked. -

This was specifically for the Epic Games Launcher that the game has not been released yet.
For Ubisoft Connect, make sure you have verified the game files, this will check for missing or corrupt files and replace them. You can do this through the properties for the game.Official Response -

I am having the same issue. Bought the gold edition, it is pre-loaded and in my game library, but wont give me the option to start the game. Uplay and Epic games both just say the game isnt available yet. Ive tried restarting uplay and verifying the files, still nothing.
Can someone please offer a real solution? just spent $100 for what is suppose to be a AAA game. This is pathetic. i've seen indie games have better launches

@ubi-baron It's showing as installed but unavailable in Epic Games, but in Ubisoft Connect, it doesn't appear at all. How can I play?

@ubi-baron It's after the launch time in my time zone, I've verified 3 times, restarted Epic Games and Ubisoft Connect. What can I do?

@ubi-baron It looks like it's going to run for me now. I'm not sure if it's just that the time elapsed, but I also disabled an additional time zone I had set up on my computer, so maybe that was it? Just in case that helps someone else.

Its 12PM est for me and i should have been able to play an hour ago. it says i can launch it BUT when i do NOTHING LAUNCHES.
