I received an email today.... saying that I can download it in the ubisoft connect. BUT I still dont have the game in my library.
PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP.

@am0okk well, ive purchased SSD and got AC vallhala promotion key, activated on 22.10.2020 and didnt even get some kind of email i can download.. and still not showing up in ubisoft connect app.
Edit: okay i got mail, in spam. But game is not showing in library too. -

Hello, same problem here. Even double-checked on online Ubisoft account. I´ve received 2 emailes (1st with confirmed registration, 2nd telling me to "download the game from library") - but I do not have a game in library.
I´ve even tried to create a ticket, but there is no way to send it, the "create a ticket" button is inactive.
Please, resolve it for everyone.
