    this is 100% scam, ppl should do group law suit against ubisoft
    not single word from ubisoft that they are even sorry or trying to fix that multiple ppl cant even get past small pop-up window what shows valhalla logo when u start game on uplay/ubisoft connect
    nothing fix this issue, not re-downloading, re-installing, updating every possible driver on pc, re-installing windows netframes, c++ distributions etc. disabling every possible background progamn AC/AV, Discord, Steam etc.

    i have try now 7 hours to get this game work what i payed premium price for ultimate version and this is the game experience
    i will not ever buy game from ubisoft anymore or any game what ubisoft is anyway related to developing or publishing game

    Hello, i have the same problem i cant start assassins creed valhalla its stucked on loading screen. Plus if i restart pc and trying again and restart the client, I have error witch says .dll files are missing please help. I pre-order and pre-download the game its not fair! So i uninstall all and install it again same problem. HELP!!!

    yep nothing fix this, i have literally try everything what u can even image, all the way to back-end stuff fixing/workarounds

    more joke is that ubisoft support surely answer in other issues what ppl have with this game, but not this major issue when u cant even start game.
    this is not customer service, this is 100% scam. atleast support staff could say are sorry for this major issue and they are trying to find fix for it, but not even that.

    there is no live support becouse covid, u cant send support ticket on their page etc.

    @dx2-lft The Media Feature Pack for N versions of Windows 10 is available for download as an Optional Feature. To install the Media Feature Pack, navigate to Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > Optional Features > Add a Feature and find the Media Feature Pack in the list of available Optional Features. Note, you will not be prompted to restart your computer, but you must restart in order to successfully complete installation of the Media Feature Pack. I Fixed it

    nope i have win10 home and read above i have try to fix this issue for whole night
    some ppl have find that installing on C : drive should fix (that not should be fix, what if u dont have room in C : drive where is windows)
    some ppl have find that u do symbol links of audio/video files to C : drive should fix (that is back-end stuff and should not be required)

    mobo: top tier x470
    cpu: 3700x
    gpu: 5700 xt
    ram: 4 x 8gb ddr4 3200mhz
    m.2 ssd's and sata ssd's

    every driver updated to latest for everything

    that is all what i get from this game when start from ubisoft connect, i have reinstall game multiple times for diffrent drives and never going forward from that

    @dx2-lft Its what im getting, Tried rolling back drivers, tried admin modes, Tried reinstalling VCC. Nothing works. Getting really tired of this. First the game wouldnt appear in our library now it doesnt even work
