Does cross progression from PC to console unlock achievements/trophies retroactively?

Now that Ubisoft connect is a thing and cross progression is possible between multiple platforms, if you play the game on PC now and later buy another copy on console while continuing from your earlier save, do the trophies/achievements unlock retroactively?

@lockmort I saw a few people say cross progression is platform bound, but that's not true, you can switch between platforms. From Ubisoft themselves:
"Cross-progression allows you to play the game on one platform and continue your progression on another, as long as your Ubisoft account is LINKED to the target platform. Your in-game progression is stored on your Ubisoft account, not your platform account.
For example, if you are playing on PC, you will be able to continue where you left off if you access the same game on Xbox One." -
I too would like to know the answer I am going back and forth between pc and ps4 will update if I find the answer

i tried it today. I played Assassins Creed Valhalla on PC. Then i switched to the Xbox Series X Version today. I coud load my save very easily (thats a really cool feature. Thank you ubi!) but sadly i got no achivement retroactively. So some Achivements are ungetable unless you play again from scratch.
