    I returned the game and took the money back. I no longer buy PC games from Ubisoft. It was a very bad decision for you not to put achievements.

    @ubi-baron Guess who will not buy the Season Pass? Because what's the difference then to watch it on youtube without commentary or play it "for free"

    Ubisoft, if you don't want us to buy your game on the PC platform, just say so. It started with the deal with Epic Game Store. Both Origin and Odyssey were on steam with achievements. I 100% both game, had a great time, I recommended the game to friends, bought the season pass, I was an happy customer. Then you chose to reduce the choice for the players by going for a deal with EGS, where they pay you cash right away for an exclusive deal and since there is no reason to buy the game on EGS compared to Ubisoft Store (now Ubisoft Connect) who has more pro consumer features (like a lower price with the U coins) you would get the free cash + more consumers on your platform and that means more cash since no one is taking a percentage off you.

    And now you chose to remove achievements ? A feature that exist since the VERY first Assassin's Creed. And the worst is that you did it without any notice for your consumer. At this point it's a basic feature. Watch Dog Legion released a week before and had achievements. So anyone who played WD Legion on Ubisoft Connect would 100% expect Assassin's Creed Valhalla to have achievement as well. it's logic.

    But no.

    Now I'm not a happy customer, I will not spend more money on your game, I will not talk about your game to my friend either. This is not how to do business.

    @eog4rd 100% agreed. Please Ubisoft, bring back the achievements on Ubisoft Connect! I don't even want to play the game without the achievements.

    Ubisoft Connect is showing Challenges available for Valhalla. I have 9 out of 31 and there appear to be two types of challenges, Core and Time-limited.

    There. I put in a request for a full refund due to a lack of achievements. If the achievements are added back to the game on Uconnect I will buy again. Until then, goodbye Ubisoft. There is NO EXCUSE for this!

    @darren_evans those challenges aren't achievements. There are only 30 really easy ones, while there should be 51 achievements.

    Either make all the achievements as challenges or ad the achievements ubi.

    Yeah, I am done, this is my last Ubisoft game...if I don't refund. This achievement BS on top of the woke BS in the games:
    Watch Dogs is an Antifa celebration, strongly Anti-Brexit and of course PC through and through and Valhalla is being censored for having a description of a female warrior that has a scar and gets angry and berserkerlike because of it and we can't have scars (on women!) anymore because a feminist game reviewer with a rainbow-colored mohawk haircut has decided that it might offend some people (women) who might have a scar...and Ubisoft jumped right on that apologizing for that nonsense and promising to censor that....BUT ACHIEVEMENTS; NO WAY, NO TIME FOR THAT CRAP THAT PAYING CUSTOMERS WANT, it's just so much more important to cater your games to people of which 99.99% will never play it. Even that feminist only played it to "review" (translated : search for non-woke or non-PC stuff and COMPLAIN to feel important).
    If that is the customers you want, Ubisoft....you got it, I received the message LOUD and clear. And you can check my account, I used to preorder your games as soon as they went on sale and directly on Uplay so 100% money for you...you just lost that.

    @ubi-baron
    You guys really jsut want to [censored] of pc people? First you come with this buggy revamp Ubisoft connect that is supposed to be better than the old launcher but is a buggy mess.
    Now you say that you have removed achievements on pc for valhalla and replaced it with the challenges? Are you guys serious? What kind of drugs are you smoking? Good job.

    Removing achievements altogether in favor of challenges is a really, really dumb move considering they have both been around side by side for some time now. The challenges tab looks really unflattering and boring, and even with the XP rewards I don't feel motivated to complete them. At least the achievements tab always had icons and date of unlocking. So far I've lived in hopes that the new launcher overhaul might end up being a decent change but all this proves it was a big mistake.

    Challenges can not replace achievements, not in this state at the very least. It's not acceptable that other platforms have completely different achievements/trophies. Please add the achievements to this game and if you really have to start omitting them: start with another game with an overhaul to the look of the challenges tab and make them the exact same as the achievements/trophies on other platforms.

    In conclusion, it was a big mistake to start this new trend with such a big release as Valhalla, especially when customers were not aware of this change in advance.
