I'm having the same issue as well. Bought the game last night and even though I watched everything, answered the questions and even got the proofs with me, I still can't redeem them.

I have both items now so that worked for me but still it says locked in uplay club rewards. I hope it gets fixed soon

Just make it available with some ubi points to pay man...

Both rewards are still unavailable for me. Wonder what's causing the issue?

Too late for that You had to watch the Ubisoft forward event while it happened. So as it looks at the moment, you can't get those items if you didn't watch the event.

I've tried mentioned suggestion and despite Moonlight being locked in Connect app it appeared in-game, but sadly no Bayek outfit in-game. Hope this could be fixed as I have it in the twitch rewards as mentioned, but not in-game or connect app.

Both of the items are locked in Connect for me and yet both of them appeared in game ... this is just bizarre

@aloninor I've watched the forward event, though at that time I couldn't even log in. I did the quiz, didn't get wd2, but already had that game so meh.
However when I asked ubisoft about it during the stream they said everyone would get the axe. So I asked how everyone would find out how to get it or if it would just be linked to everyone anyways.
Then I was not notified of anything, randomly got a reply a couple days later from support saying that you had to do another sign up to get all the rewards, only to get to the page saying it was already past time to sign up and the support member saying, ooh too bad now we can't do anything for you because it's past deadline, we did announce it.
Well they didn't mail me like they did with, hey remember the forward event is upcoming.
And if you know it's past deadline why even bother sending the link.... I'm still a bit salty about this, it's a [censored] move. Watched the entire forward event, the post event viewing only to receive spoilers I didn't want to get f&%^ with the here's the link and deadline past no rewards for you....

@urmy1sttarget I remember this event, no one could log into their ubisoft account for the whole event so they sent out a link later on to register for the rewards, which I did and the rewards are still locked. I'm surprised Ubisoft seem to be washing their hands of this, the event was plague with login issues, they assured us we would all get the rewards but now it is a case of "oh well". Terrible customer service.

I too had some issues. I went to all of the events, I remember the "not able to login issue" that they said they would give out to all. I just want the Bayek outfit to work so I can play it in the story haha. I tried the the internet on/off thing too, still didn't work.

Also I saw on some streams people had Ezio and Altair's outfits, and I couldn't get those either....not sure if its a similar issue or something else entirely.

@kingslayer_48 My guess is, these outfits will eventually be given to everyone later on next year but you will probably have to redeem them with those coins you get for completing challenges on ubisoft connect.

I have not received the moonlight and the bayek outfit thay are locked.

Soooo what about those of us who are longtime fans and completionists, but do not use twitch nor have any interest in using it in the future? You left us in the water? Thanks.

Well that has been the same for previous games? Since Origins you where not able to get everything from day 1 unless you had twitch so nothing new
The Bayek outfit also don't required twitch, you just follow along on Ubisofts on webpage an simply log in with your Uplay account, so no twitch needed this time around (also its free).

But, on the bright side, it MIGHT be that these items will be available at a later time for Uplay points.

@aloninor I do hope they make them available in the future. It's always a bummer when you're locked out of acquiring something in a game you love, especially if it's over some dumb technicality. Makes the game feel incomplete.
