So I just got Valhalla on Xbox One, and I've gone to Ubisoft Connect to redeem the Bayek - Legacy outfit because I got it from watching the reveal on twitch. Though it appears to be locked. I've looked on Ubisoft Drops and it says I have something, though it says its for Odyssey so I'm not sure. I definitely got this from the reveal stream though as I've never used twitch drops before this. Not sure how to redeem it?

I have the same question, is showing "Odyssey" in my rewards as well.

I have 2 drops on twitch from Ubisoft Forward in my twitch drops and yet its locked for me as well... I play Valhalla on PC tho.

The odyssey one is a outfit what you get in odyssey itself which i received awhile ago.

Got same issue as its on twitch, but not on my Xbox as the game was absent before release in Ubisoft rewards couldn't see if I got it or not on Ubisoft, too many issues with streams on twitch and not getting rewards with Ubisoft within a year Hope this could be fixed as it's sad.

Have the same problem, was in the reveal stream and I even did the quiz that was during the stream, got and redeemed the code and nothing, the bayek legacy outfit is locked

The same thing and I also have AC: Odyssey in drops

I also have the outfit locked when I did everything to unlock it.

@gotripper i do have the same issue as we on pc the bayek legacy outfit is locked for me eventho i watched the stream and got the drop on twitch as i also have the same issue with the moonlight axe which was supposed to be unlocked if you watched ubi forward for a certain time which I've also did i watched it from start to finish i even got the free game watch dogs 2 how come moonlight still is locked?? I don't know ubisoft what technical issues you're dealing with after switching to ubisoft connect but incase you guys can't fix the issue just unlock those two rewards for everyone or at least make it purchasable eventho we should get those stuff for free for doing those certain tasks but leaving rewards locked forever for everyone is unfair specifically for those who did their tasks because restricting content from players is just stupid to begin with. I said my piece now let ubi take care of it.

Aparentally they are fixing it already.

I received the moonlight and the bayek outfit, now.

I didn't received a thing. Both is still locked for me even though I have accounts connected, watched both things, answered questions, received WD2 etc etc

Also support isn't reacting on either FB or Twitter

As for those of us who were never forewarned about these rewards and how/when to unlock them; this is really poor form, Ubi. Locking content behind things like watching a reveal on twitch or attending a convention in person (especially with the whole... global pandemic going on) really alienates your fanbase.

Still not seeing moonlight and Bayek - legacy outfit unlocked in my account. Running on PS4

@trode-_ show us please a screenshot that they both got unlocked for you cuz literally everyone either done the tasks or not has them locked. Im one of those people who got the drop and watched ubi forward stream and i can confirm i never got the rewards for Valhalla.
