Moved Bad lag and grafics

Im playing on xbox one
The game lags. All my settings are good and everything else works fine but not ac valhalla. Any edvice? -
@hopsahl have you tried clearing game catch make sure to upload any saves to the cloud though
(works fine on pc) -
@whoisthispiggy that did not work. The screen keeps shifting and "delaying in segments" big Blocks that dont follow when I look in game. I know its 30fps but this is not how it shoud be?
