This is a very serious form of fraud. The pre-order was opened but the game content for non-Japanese players was modified three days before the release. I have since boycotted all Ubi games.

I am a Taiwanese player. I feel disdainful and disappointed with your behavior. The behavior of ignoring the rights of players in other regions due to Japan's single country regulations is very bad. I have deleted all my current Ubi games, and I will always boycott and refuse to buy Ubi games before the amendment.

Our asian players preordered Valhalla several month ago 'cause we believe your game will not let us down and we really wanted to support you. But now it's all gone. I live in Canada. When I just heared that Asian type remove the blood, I think the driving force may come from chinese main land goverment. I am very surprise is japenese reason. Did Japenese pruchase game online? I heared that they only purchase from some physical channel from some japenese company. For example, Total War: Shogun 2 is not provide the Japenese language becasue the digital game is not avialable in japan. Even it's janpenese backround.

But this time the PS4 / PS5 Asian version is specified in the new version with the Japanese CERO.

I am very disappointed. I don't expect to buy this new version of Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Please consider the expectations of many players. 

Don't limit the game to the Japanese version.

The value and design of the game will make me not want to buy it!

@skylyy123 It’s so ridiculous that non Jp Asian players have to play adjusted version just because JP policy... That’s why we are so angry. In the adjusted version, you can barely see blood. We are not playing brutal Viking warriors in adjusted version. Fights in adjusted version turn into something like children play with toy weapons. Besides, ubi didn’t announce this information until 3days before game released. I think this behavior is definitely cheat.

I'm a player from Taiwan. I've refunded the game due to the same reason. You don't respect the consumers. I cannot believe you just informed it the three days before releasing.

So as far I understand "SONY PLAYSTATION" as company decided to apply this "CERO" rules on every ps4/ps5 Asian platforms since they own all the rights to do it (cuz playstation is Japanese and I guess they do what they want to do),
so this does only apply on PS4/PS5 only right?
Personally I pre-ordered the game on PC and I didn't see any "CERO" marks when I purchased it (cuz is not owned by playstation) so if you buy on PC you are ok, but on PS4/PS5 u are basically robbed
