Locked Solved Berserker quest disappeared...agin

I had an issues where the berserker and Beowulf quests disappeared but when I logged back in this morning they had reappeared I did the Beowulf quest and then died on my way to the berserker quest when I respond it was no longer in my quests and remains missing after restarting.

I was not on a quest I had just finished the Beowulf Quest was on my way to the berserker quest i stopped at a point of interest witch had me fight a guy who was way stronger then me I died. When I respond it was no longer in my quests.
I was not pledged to a quest but had just finished the song of soma quest chain.
