I received an email stating that my collector's edition has been sent, I got the email about 4 days ago. I was wondering if it would be sent via Auspost, as I know the couriers around me don't check ID and I've moved house - thought I changed my address on the order, y'all still sent it to my old address. I was also wondering if the tracking link is going to work soon.

Ordered the Valhalla Collecters edition, months ago and still haven't heard anything from it.

Will i be able to get it the 10th or will it get delayed?

@foxkabel Mine was delivered just now, so check the order status on your profile on ubistore. If it still says "pending delivery" I would contact ubi, but maybe it is different for your country. I am from Czech republic and the edition shipped from Germany.

@ubi-spud i ordered the ultimate edition for the ps4 back in july and am in the UK. Ive heard some ppl had theirs shipped a day or 2 ago, and some have even recieved it, but mine doesnt seem to be shipped yet. I also opened a ticket and it got closed without a response for no reason, think it glitched or something. But im also wondering when its gonna get shipped.

@ubi-spud thank you, i just wanna know when its gonna get shipped. I dont know what happened either but thank you for reopening my ticket. It was weird, i opened the ticket and the page auto refreshed a few hours later when i went to check on it and it was closed.

But yeah, 4 days til release....shouldnt it be shipped already?

I received email over 24hrs ago says shipped , been checking tracking and it still hasn't been received by courier , be miracle if gets hear Tuesday , ups not the greatest courier and we have this global situation ,

@tasha-soriah Theres 195 countries with people buying it from all over the world with versions coming from all different locations utilising all different postal services across all these nations. Odds are highly unlikely that every single player will get their collectors edition on the exact same day.

For me, the email I received about it being shipped got captured by a spam folder in Gmail. I would go to your inbox and search "Shipping" or "Ubisoft". Once the item has been shipped, its really a problem of the shipping company at that stage and outside of the hands of Ubisoft support. If you can't find the email, open another ticket.

@tomcatx7 Tracking relies on the courier scanning the item. I know for a fact that yodel in the UK do not scan every package as ive had parcels delivered through them saying "item is on its way to us" up until delivery. I dont know where u are but dont worry, at least yours has shipped.

@tomcatx7 With Watch Dogs Legion, It said it had shipped on the Friday and then the tracking number didn't get uploaded, I reached out to Ubisoft support and while they were trying to locate where it was it arrived at my door. It could just be that the shipping company hasn't updated the tracking information.

@voodoo-blu I'm UK , royal mail are the same , says shipped then no progress on tracking next you get knock at door , my info just says label created , ups used be be good with tracking in past , either what you both say or delay due to current situation .

@voodoo-blu i have checked my emails and keep checking my emails, it also says pending delivery still on the order so i know its not been shipped yet. I have opened a ticket, it glitched and got closed but now its been reopened so ill wait for an answer now.
I also know that there are thousands of this game being shipped out, if not millions, im not ignorant of that fact. I just know that some ppl have had theirs shipped or have even recieved the game already. With 4 days to go i was just wondering when it would ship to UK. Postage here is also delayed no doubt due to lockdown so i know its doubtful ill get it on time. I dont mind that, but knowing my game is on its way would ease my mind.

@tasha-soriah I feel ya, the lockdown situation in the UK is probably presenting problems that don't exist in other places that don't have strict restrictions at the moment like where I am in Australia. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you dude

Why Ubisoft didn't send package more early but wait for last days when they know about Coronavirus and Logistic Problems ?
Why I must wait ? When I order Collector Edition ?
Also i can buy normal Edition in Release date in normal shop...
Why People who paid the most money will didn't have pack at time ? And for sorry gives me 20% discount ? It's joke ? This Discount i can have with playing in games...
For me it's big joke, and not respect customer's.
Square Enix sends self product in March 2020 one week before release date, for be sure what everybody will have product at time...

@arymanik i got that same email and if u read at the bottom there are stipulations to the code as well, cant be used on preorders, etc and its only valid for a month from the 4th jan 2021. Its a joke. I ordered the ps4 ultimate edition back in july and its delayed because they cant box it up, stick a label on it and send it off a few days earlier? Its not rocket science lol

They should Use UPS Courier in week option, more cost, but it's should be move for customers in this situation where it's they fault
