The Beowulf and berserker quests were in my quest log but then disappeared before I got a chance to do them, while I was was doing pledged quests. I read the letters saw them in my log but now they are now they are gone . I thought maybe after I finished the soma pledged quest Chain they would show back up but not luck.

@goattron Hey there! I'm glad you're enjoying the game, and I'm sorry your quests disappeared! Do you still have access to the gear? Also, is your game up to date (1.02)?

i still have the gear and the settlement, ships stuff all that’s missing is the quests. It all unlocked around the time your brother left agin to go north (sorry trying to stay ambitious) and you were tasked to build up settlement. Idk when it was meant to unlock.

yes I updated I’m not sure if the quests disappeared befor or after I updated sorry. I have restarted the game as well.

Yes I do and I still have the settlement stuff as well just the quests are gone. They are not in the completed section ether.

yes I update to 1.2 idk if it happened before or after the update but I think before.

ok I just logged in to see what quest I had and now they are back in my quest log. They were not in my quest log last night should have taken a screen shot to prove to myself I’m not crazy.

I did the Beowulf quest on my way to do the berserker quest I died after picking a fight with someone way stronger than me that I didn’t know it was that strong. Now the Berserker quest is gone again...

@ubi-spud Hi I am suddenly experiencing the same problem as well, but this time for PC. The quests were there last night, but now they are gone.

I am also having issues with the add ons my Beowulf quest has disappeared and I have re download the add ons and restored the license as well and nothing. This has been super frustrating

@goattron the same exact thing happened to me. I finished the game. I got all the stuff and i even got all of the festival but no legend of Beowulf. Please help.

@ashlynnw904 man its driving me crazy. I have deleted the game and reloaded the entire game again and it still did not load.

Hi. I encountered this problem today.

I'm playing on a PS5. The quest disappeared from the Quests menu and Bjorn stopped reacting during "Attack Beodoricsworth With Bjorn". Every single soldier has been killed and rekilled a dozen times, but he simply doesn't do anything. I understand he needs to move out of Beodoricsworth, but he doesn't. I tried everything that has been mentioned in this thread, incl. reseting licenses and the game and all that. None has worked.

I'm baffled to read that people have been having this problem since the launch and it still is there. I'd appreciate if you could offer a solution. Many thanks

I've passed on your report to help with our ongoing investigation, so it's really great you've let us know. We don't have a solution or workaround to share quite at the moment, but we're working to get this resolved as soon as we can.

Let me know if you've any other thoughts or questions in the meantime.

Quick update: I let it be for a while and went on to do other stuff. Next day it still wasn't there, and then suddenly after a few missions here and there, it appeared back.

I went on and completed it without wasting time, to make sure it doesn't change it mind and disappear once more. All good now.

I'm playing Valhalla on PC and today I finished the main story line; as I check the map to start the Beowulf and Berserker quests, they're both gone

I have the 1.3.0 version.
