    Hello,

    I have bought SSD from Samsung and I got the promotion code for AC: Valhalla. I visited the page: https://redeem.ubisoft.com/assassins-creed-valhalla/en-US,: (https://redeem.ubisoft.com/assassins-creed-valhalla/en-US,) logged to my account, entered the code. It said the promotion was successful. 

    Unfortunately I don't have the game in my game library.. What should I do?
    Of course the code isn't working anymore, as I already used it.

    Can you please help me?
    I tried to contact the UBI support, but there is no way. It says the live chat isn't available and to use another option. But there is no other option...

    I have the same problem the game isn't showing in my library as well.

    Same problem here.
    Did you checked your email after the activation ?
    it say "You will receive your unlock instructions via e-mail at game launch."
    So no preload i guess...which is pretty god damn stupid

    Hey guys! It looks like you all have followed the correct redemption process, and you will receive an email stating that the game is available in your library on launch day.

    Heya, so no need to be worried? The game will be available for download just in the release day, no preload possible?

    I have also promo code from Samsung I got confirmation email about game that I am able to download but game is not in my library yet what should I do now?

    Hello,

    Its 10th of November(8hours in) and I still dont see anything in my Library... So whats happend? I did recevie my "stupid" activation process, where do you have to just look in you library.
    After this experience I am refusing to buy any other game from you.. This is just pure amateurism.....

    So when I will see the game in game library?

    @tomasoo7_ I dont get it why Valhalla have this activation system. WD Legion from nVidia promo was activated and shown in library instantly and you could pre-load it too.
