I'm just grinding away exploring as I can't be bothered restarting. I'll probably be over leveled and break the balance somewhat by the time it's patched. Really should have restarted on 1.0.0.

I am having the exact same issue. Spent what?$200 on the collectors edition just to be unable to play it due to a patch yall put out? Talk about screwing the pooch. Version 1.02. I cannot progress to, or complete, a seers solace. Basically rendering the game worthless.

Hey ubisoft, FIX. YOUR. [censored]. Spending $200 on a game just to be unable to play it due to a patch you put out is just outrageous. Version 1.02 is COMPLETE garbage and renders the game essentially useless. The only use it has now is as a Frisbee.

@deathsnap198 i understand what are you saying, but its not about the release date, its a bug on the the updated 1.02, so it will be a problem after the release too. That why people play the game before the release and inform the publisher for any latest issues. I dont brag about playing the game before the release, and apologies if you take it like that .

@h4p1 I'm not and I test games with other publishers but how this has gone is a joke.

@h4p1 so theres lots of people with the physical copy playing the game cause they got it early thats the joke.

@ubi-baron i started the game again as new game with the new update and it worked ok, but still the game needs another update.

The music of the gameplay sword fighting,shouts and music is not coordinating with the gameplay.. some are delayed and start when you finish the gamplay ,
The Combat is amazing. The only thing that i dont like is the face animation/expression...its outdated even the mouth does not match the words.

Hi, I’ve played up to the mission a seers solace, upon starting the mission it does not appear in HUD And I find the seers location and it doesn’t start a cut scene or acknowledge I’m there. Will there be a fix for this and when? I can’t progress in the game at all without doing this mission.

Can't talk to valka at all. I just got to her hut and she's doing whatever with some bird at her table but there is no dialogue option to engage her. Is this a bug?

I have the same issue with the mission "Seer's Solace." I am told to speak with Valka but I am not given a mission icon to her. When I get to her, no dialogue is initiated. I have tried restarting from earlier in the game to see if I get the same bug, sure enough I do. I cannot progress the game's story forward.

I am playing on the PS4 Pro. Just received the disc version of the game today and updated to the update that was available today, 11/8/2020.

@chuzzlewitts yeah same I actually got the game yesterday, weird that ubi sent them so early. I am running version 1.02. I also tried loading a previous save and it didn't work for me either. I guess we'll have to wait for them to fix it or get back to us.

@chuzzlewitts I read some more and it seems we shouldnt be playing until release day anyway, I didn't realize that, so I'll just pause here and wait until Tuesday, hopefully it gets resolved by then. Back to witcher 3

Game releases officially in 5 hours in my timezone. Hope you guys have a patch for this otherwise the first headlines we'll see over the launch day will be "Game Breaking Bug Puts a Nordic Chill on Valhalla's Launch" etc, etc.
