More specific HUD/UI options?

So I saw a YouTube video of someone with a copy of this game showing off all the various menu settings, including HUD/Interface settings. While I appreciate all the options already available there, I didn't notice anything to turn off other on-screen effects . . . such as that terrible, obnoxious white overlay on Eivor whenever they're in stealth (crouching in a bush, sitting on a bench, walking in social stealth, etc.).
I also didn't see options to disable those mid-screen messages like "Rations are full," "Ammo is full," etc. Then there are other effects, like white sparkles that fly around when you loot things, the weird effects around Eivor when you leave combat, those beams of light that fly out of treasure chests when you loot them, the silly blue glow on Eivor when skill points are granted, those gigantic colorful symbols (and glows of light) when an enemy is about to attack, and so many others.
Will there be more granular options to disable things like these? Not only do they needlessly clutter up my screen during gameplay; they also just utterly kill my sense of immersion because of how utterly ridiculous they look. If some people wanna keep these things on, fine. But I'd love to be able to create a more grounded, more believable experience as I play.
