Moved No game code inside collectors edition???

Hey folks,
Just wanted to check if anyone else had received their Xbox collectors edition today and also don't have a game code inside the box? Is this going to be sent by email? Would contact support but live chat is down at the moment. -

@darthsebious @sebayer it has been said on another thread that you will get the code via email on release date so you will get it sometime tomorrow.

@lewis-est1986 i dont know then, im in the uk and its still the 9th at 8pm here so maybe try again in 4 hours when the game releases for us here. Other than that i dont know
