    I received my collectors edition today and i bought the digital version. I have not received my codes for the game itself, will they be emailed on launch day or before. Thanks for any help

    Hey there FESTER290788 and KarlRJSmith! I checked over both of your accounts and could see that you've both been playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla since release, so I'm assuming you received your digital preorder activation keys in good time 🙂 As such, I'll be locking this thread now, as the question you asked is resolved.     @fester290788 If you ordered a pc version the game should already be on your uplay account. But I don't know about xbox and playstation though.

    @stenly_14 thanks, it’s the Xbox series x edition I got off the play store. I tried to make a ticket on the support page but it just keeps freezing so I thought I’d try here.

    @karlrjsmith in hoping it’s just a little delay to do with pre download and hope it comes by Tuesday.

    @fester290788 ya hopefully. I know the PC gamers have had their email as its all available on Uplay but as this is a different situation it might take a bit longer to roll it out to everyone.

    Hey folks! Yep, getting the physical stuff before release doesn't impact the fact that codes will be available on release day only. The situation is slightly different for PC as keys/codes are (mostly) not needed, games are simply pushed to an account when bought directly through us. Consoles rely on redemption processes. Just a few more days, thanks for your patience!
