Locked Not received Xbox download code

I received an email back in August saying that the Xbox version will not have a physical disk but I will be sent a Xbox digital code to download on the Xbox site to play the game prior to release but so far I have not had a code but only have had a email telling me I will get the pre order bonus THE WAY OF THE BERSERKER, just nothing for the game.

@karlrjsmith Hey! This was the case, however we reversed the decision due to the majority of out players wanting to own the disc as part of their edition. Your edition will be delivered with a disc included!

@ubi-spud but my order has already shipped over a week ago, so does that mean its all been done and ready before its been shipped? i ask because other xbox gamers have the collectors edition and no disk?

@karlrjsmith According to your order, you went with the physical version, which we then stated would only come with a download code. We changed this decision shortly after. Therefore, you should be receiving your edition with a disc rather than a download code. Please let us know if this is not the case when your order arrives!

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
