Locked No shipping info for Collectors Edition

We are 4 days from release and I’ve received no information since preordering in may. Who can I talk to about possibly getting some sort of information on when this will ship?

You should receive an email regarding shipping information before release - I understand it's close to the 10th, however it can take time for your order to be scanned by your courier and tracking details provided. You'll be provided with a tracking number before delivery day.

@cwgrahamjr27 I haven't received anything either. According to Ubisoft's delivery information it should have shipped yesterday. Getting kind of worried.

I’m worried too I got this a few hours ago instead of a conformation of shipment email I’m going to request a full refund and download it via psn store if I don’t get a confirmation by Monday

@lambycarnivore I got this email too but my game has already been delivered today, so don't panic
They send this email to everyone I think. Also I don't think that I have ever gotten a shipping email, I just checked the order status on my profile and there it said that it was shipped with tracking number. -
@stenly_14 i never got that email on the order confirmation when I preordered it.on ubi store it says pending delivery.its 3 days before launch and still no confirmation of shipping.
@ubi-spud I'm having the same issue I preordered the gold edition 7/28 and haven't heard anything since the order confirmation when I preordered it.its 3 days before launch and I haven't heard nothing. -

I’ve been checking my order status every couple of hours for the last couple of days and nothing. Just checked it now and bang I’ve got a tracking number yay
but it’s with ups in Germany and I live in the uk. But ups say it’ll take 1-2 working days so things are looking up

@janiya1013 I'm in the same boat as you. Crickets over here and support couldn't tell me anything other than "It's still processing and hasn't shipped yet".

@lambycarnivore this game will not make it here on the day of launch.mine says shipment ready for ups. I'm so glad I didn't preorder immortal Fenix rising through ubistore.i will not ever make another purchase through here again.first and Guarantee last.
