Collector's edition pre order/seasons pass code active?

Hey there, I got amazingly lucky and my collector's edition arrived today, got all exited to potentially play (it's still installing ATM lol) but I went to redeem the pre order/seasons pass code and it doesn't work. Not like it's invalid I'm not getting that message it just says "Contact who you got this code from. We can't redeem it." So my question is, are the codes activated yet? I'm thinking most likely not but if they are I've got a dud code

@kratos_zekk normally preorder codes aren't activated til release day as they are not supposed to reach buyers til that day at least. Thats what i understand. Your lucky u got yours alrdy, i ordered the ultimate edition and still not been shipped as far as im aware. Im in UK.
