Ubisoft plus in europe?

I have an active Ubisoft plus subscription and because of that i can play for example, Watchdogs Legion which i could see was available on Ubisoft plus months in advance.
Ac Valhalla is also supposed to be coming to Ubisoft plus, but i cant see it on the Swedish/European store, there is only a preorder button.
On the US site however there is a button that states it will be coming to ubisoft plus.
Is a game that is played out in europe from a european developer/publisher really not coming to Ubisoft plus here?
That seems like a really trashy and weird thing to do. Since i pay the same as US but dont get the same content?
Is there really a reason to lock a game for Ubisoft plus in one Region/Country, but allow it in another? Seems rather unfair.
Does anyone know anything about this or have experienced the same thing? Extremely curious about this since if this is the case, then Ubisoft plus is an absolute trash game service. -
@katsumeh Its coming dont worry, Watchdogs legion didn't show on my uplay+ until after it had released so probably the same here.

Just seems odd since i could see watchdogs on Ubisoft plus like atleast 2 weeks before it came out and according to some people in the US they have been able to see AC valhalla on ubisoft plus since about 2-3 months back. Suppose it differs from country to country maybe, hopefully it will come here too
